How do I place an order for a reel service?



To place your order for either a service or repair, please get in touch with us via email, Facebook, Telephone or in person. That way we can advise the best course of action and tailor our services to your specific requirements.

Payment and Shipping



If you are sending your reels to us for service or repair, please ensure that you use a tracked service (and insured if your reels are of high value to you). This way if anything happens during transit you're covered. We will always return reels either in person or using a tracked and insured courier service. Tracking information will be provided to you on completion of any work carried out. Return shipping will be £10

Secure ordering & payment options



We offer secure payment through Paypal or if you are collecting your reels in person, cash or card is also fine. Should you wish to pay over the telephone, you may do this providing the return shipping address is the same as the address the card is registered to.

Returns & refunds



Due to the nature of servicing and repairing reels, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the work carried out, we will always endeavour to ensure that any issues are corrected. Should you request a return / refund from any spare parts ordered from our website and separate from any repair work carried out by our engineers, please return the item to us in the original condition within 30 days of purchase and include a note of your name, payment method and contact details.
